Some of the basic things The John Dunham Society can do for our members:
1. Maintain the privacy and security of their personal information - this is a high priority for the Society.
2. Maintain copies of all applicant's research documentation (hard copy & digitals) that were provided to us during the membership process.
3. Ensure applicants that no personal information is stored on our website, which makes "hacking" a non-problem for us, and you.
4. Provide our members with the ability to request copies of documents submitted to us, in case they may have lost their own. This is done through several levels of secure communications.
